ARENAVISION: The center-hung scoreboard that provides the most up-to-date game-related information and replays to Flyers fans throughout the arena bowl. The eight-sided structure features four 9' x 12' Sony JumboTron Video screens and four 11'4 x 10'8 Daktronics lamp matrix displays.

AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING: Audio and video recording equipment are not allowed in the CoreStates Center.

AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATMS): There are two Automated Teller Machines located in the Broad Street Atrium on the Main Concourse Level and the 11th Street South side on the Mezzanine Level.

BOX OFFICE: The CoreStates Center Box Office is located on the Broad Street South side of the CoreStates Center. Tickets for all CoreStates Center and CoreStates Spectrum events may be purchased by visiting the CoreStates Center Box Office. The Box Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday if there is an event.

BUILDING TOURS: Flyers fans can explore behind the scenes of the newest sports and entertainment arena by touring the CoreStates Center. You'll get all the 'inside information' as you visit the locker room area, exclusive luxury suites, the press box from where local and national media cover your favorite team, and even walk the arena floor. To schedule a tour of the CoreStates Center, contact the tour office at (215) 389-9543.

CAMERAS: Flyers fans are permitted to use still cameras to capture all the Flyers action at the CoreStates Center. Pictures should be for personal use and enjoyment only. Professional photographers need to be credentialed through the Flyers Public Relations Department.

ELEMENTS BY MARTHA MADIGAN: Suspended from the ceiling of the Broad Street side atrium of the Main Concourse Level, eight trapezoidal starfire crystal glass panels spiral 28 feet through the air. The panels, representing one figure and one element, present a cascade of imagery to the viewer below. Landscape images that represent Earth, Air, Fire and Water are digitally collaged to produce the silhouetted figures of the types of athletes and performers that appear at the CoreStates Center.

FAN GEAR: Fan Gear is the CoreStates Center's flagship retail store located at the Broad Street North side of the Main Concourse Level. Encompassing more than 1,600 square feet of space, Fan Gear is open on event days only from 5 p.m. through 30 minutes after the conclusion of each Flyers game.

FIRST AID: For medical emergencies, fans should go to the First Aid Stations located on the 11th Street North side of the Main Concourse Level.

FLYERS EXPERIENCE: Walk through the Flyers history from 1967 through present day, with authentic artifacts, memorabilia and images. Interactive kiosks, presented by Comcast, guide you through some of the greatest moments in Flyers history, player profiles and upcoming events. This exhibit is located at the Broad Street North side of the Main Concourse Level.

GUEST SERVICES CENTERS/ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES CENTER: The CoreStates Center Guest Services Centers, offering assistance and information, are located on the Main Concourse Level in the Broad Street Atrium and on the Mezzanine Level on the Broad Street South side. Staffers have been specifically trained to respond to all types of guest inquiries and problems, including ticketing, lost children and lost/found articles. The Guest Services Centers are open during every Flyers game.

HAT TRICK BY STEVE TOBIN: Authentic hats from fans, collected from hat trick celebrations, are randomly selected, bronzed and then displayed in the Flyers Experience exhibit or on the Broad Street side of the Mezzanine Level.

PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES: The comfort and safety of the CoreStates Center patrons are of the highest importance to the arena. The CoreStates Center also recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Every effort has been made to accommodate patrons with disabilities. Please direct accessibility inquiries to the Guest Services Centers/Accessibility Services Centers located on the Main Concourse Level in the Broad Street Atrium and the Mezzanine Level on the Broad Street South side.

PORTRAIT GALLERY: The current roster of the Flyers is presented in oversized head shots of each player in full color at the Portrait Gallery located in the 11th Street Atrium.

RED BELL BREWERY AND PUB: Sample the different specialty beers brewed right on the premises at the Red Bell Brewery and Pub. The CoreStates Center is the only indoor arena in the country with a state-of-the-art microbrewery within its confines. The Red Bell Brewery and Pub is capable of producing over 45,000 gallons of beer a year and Flyers fans can view the beer-making process through large glass windows. The microbrewery is located on the Broad Street South side of the Main Concourse Level.

RESTROOMS: There are 20 public restroom facilities located throughout the arena.

SECURITY: The Security Office is located on the Main Concourse Level on the 11th Street North side.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoke-free areas of the CoreStates Center include carpeted area, restrooms, seating areas and the Club Level. Smoking is discretionary in the Balcony and Luxury Suites and is permitted in designated areas in Victors Club and on the Main Concourse and Mezzanine Levels.

TELEPHONES: Pay telephones are located throughout the arena on all levles.

TICKETS FOR UPCOMING EVENTS: While attending Flyers games, fans can buy tickets to future events at the Ticket Window opposite Section 104 on the Main Concourse Level.

VICTORS CLUB: Victors Club, the fine dining club for members, blends elegant dining with incomparable entertainment. Victors Club features distinctive selections from one of Philadelphia's finest chefs in a setting that captures all the action before, during and after Flyers games. VIDEO WALLS: Two video walls, presented by Comcast, bring full color, state-of-the-art audio and video technology to Flyers fans. An 8' x 16' video wall display, located in the 11th Street Atrium, and a 6' x 8' video wall display, located in the Broad Street Atrium, broadcast information on upcoming events and live feeds of Flyers action.

"THE WALK": The CoreStates Center is offering the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Flyers fans to be immortalized as a permanent part of the building. WILL CALL: Will Call is located at the CoreStates Center Box Office on the Broad Street South side of the CoreStates Center. There is also a VIP Will Call for Club Box and Suite patrons located on the Broad Street North side. Tickets left at Will Call will only be released to the person whose name is listed on the will call envelope.
