Preliminary Format

Each team playes three games, one against each team in their group.  The team with the best
record from each group moves to the final round, into either group C or D.

Final Format

Each team plays three games, one against each team in their group.

Playoff Format
--------------
Teams are seeded in their groups form one to four based on their record in the round robin.  In
the quarterfinals, the first place team in a group plays the forth place team in the other group.
The second place team in a grop plays the third place team in the other group.  Winners of those
games meet in the semifinals.  The semifinal winners meet in the gold medal game, the loosers
meet in the bronze medal game.
